About Qoarela: Shipping, Payments, Artisan Work & other questions

You will be able to check delivery costs before placing your order. Costs vary depending on the delivery address and on the size and weight of the package. However, in most cases, parcels weight less than a couple kilograms. Please see below our shipping costs:

Spain: Shipping of our jewelry products in Spain is FREE (not included Baleares, Canary Islands, Ceuta & Melilla). Shipping of large items (bags and purses) is 7€
European Union, United Kingdom, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, Canary Islands: 17€ for large items (bags and purses) and 5€ for small items (jewelry).
USA and Rest of the World: 30€ for large items (bags and purses) and 20€ for small items (jewelry).

Your parcel will be prepared Mondays to Fridays from 09:00h to 16:00h, once the payment has been confirmed. If you place your order outside of these hours or on a Sunday or a bank holiday, we will pick and pack it so it’s ready to go the following working day. Once your item is ready in our central warehouse, we will ship it via our courier so it can be with you as soon as possible. Below are our delivery times:

Shipping to Spain: 1-5 working days
Shipping to Europe: 3-5 working days
Shipping outside of the EU: 4-15 working days depending on the destination.

If your delivery gets delayed, please check the tracking number you will have received when placing your order. May we also recommend speaking to your building’s reception or facilities manager as the courier may have left your order with them.

The delivery is made to the delivery address indicated by the client, being specified that it must be the address of the customer’s residence, an individual of their choice or a legal entity (delivery to their company). Deliveries cannot be made either to hotels or P.O. boxes.

In case of inability to deliver the products at the address indicated by the client, products will be returned to Qoarela which will reimburse the Customer within five (5 to 10) days of the products’ receipt by Qoarela.

Yes, we are proud to tell you that our products are made in very low quantities and by happy hands. We have a commitment to nurturing long-term relationships directly with manufacturers and artisans who create the products themselves and treat their workers fairly. In fact, our jewerly products with semiprecious stones are products made by artisans who face poverty. When you purchase one of those products you directly contribute in helping them improve their life conditions.

The products are true representations of what we sell but these products are not mass produced. They are created with natural materials such as stones or leather. For this reason, we do not have two items exactly alike, they all have slight differences, they are all unique.

Absolutely, We will not sell or rent your personal contact information for any marketing purposes whatsoever. Neither your name nor anything about you is sold to any other non-affiliated company or agency. We may share your information with business partners only for the purpose of helping this site function or assist us in fulfilling your order. We do not handle any payment transaction. All financial information is encrypted and transmitted without risk through the very safe platform “Stripe”, this platform has the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry by using best-in-class security tools and practices. On our own website with most credit cards, all transactions are done through Stripe. We do not handle or store any financial information.

We also accept bank transfers in Spain, if you are in Spain and are interested in this type of payment please contact us at Keep in mind that bank transfers usually take a couple days for the payment to arrive, therefore we will only mail the items once we receive the payments.

Once you have completed your purchase, you will be able to follow your purchase shipping and delivery information through your Qoarela account by signing in with your user and password.

Signing up for an account makes it easier for you to track the delivery of your qoarela products, however, if you don’t want to sign up for an account, don’t worry, you can still purchase Qoarela products, and you will receive emails confirming your purchase and letting you know about its arrival.
